As each order is hand-finished in our studio our order processing times are between 7 to 10 working days. If you require a rush order please contact us at sales@houseofelliotcollection.com where if possible we can arrange a rush order for a fee. 

Once your order is ready we ship with an express, tracked and insured shipping service which requires a signature upon receipt. DHL is our shipper of choice unless there is a location they cannot service in which case we will use an alternative courier service.

Once dispatched you will receive an e-mail from DHL with your tracking number and available alternative delivery options in your area.

Please note we do not deliver to PO Boxes as orders are dispatched via courier and require a signature.

I purchased a pair of Lydia Elliot lace shoes for my wedding day after searching for ages for a pair I liked, and I absolutely loved them! They were the perfect height for me with the low heel and the lace detail is just gorgeous.

They were really comfortable and of a very high quality – I lasted almost all day and night in them, only taking them off an hour before midnight after lots of heavy dancing!
