As each order is hand-finished in our studio our order processing times are between 7 to 10 working days. If you require a rush order please contact us at sales@houseofelliotcollection.com where if possible we can arrange a rush order for a fee. 

Once your order is ready we ship with an express, tracked and insured shipping service which requires a signature upon receipt. DHL is our shipper of choice unless there is a location they cannot service in which case we will use an alternative courier service.

Once dispatched you will receive an e-mail from DHL with your tracking number and available alternative delivery options in your area.

Please note we do not deliver to PO Boxes as orders are dispatched via courier and require a signature.

If you do want to return or exchange your item please e-mail us at sales@houseofelliotcollection.com for a returns form. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to return your item. If an item is listed as ‘fits large’ please size down. If your feet are wide or you are in between sizes, we suggest sizing up for comfort.
